Beyond these initial rules and concepts, this neural network simulator can be used to demonstrate simplified function approximator for any function.

Login for Multi-user Collaboration

  • Log in to use realtime sync with other users.
  • Log in is optional, if you do not wish to sync in realtime with other users.
  • Login will collect your username and email address to sync neuron values for multiple users in real-time.
  • User info and email addresses are not shown to other users.

Choose a number

  • Any whole number between 0 and +100
  • Tell us your number.

Link and Adjust a number

  • Link with a player to your left.
  • Then adjust the whole number by -100 to +100.
  • Tell us your number.

Calculate average

  • Average the numbers from the H3 layer.
  • If the average is higher than the secret number, say “Too High!”.
  • If the average is lower than the secret number, say “Too Low!”.
  • Organize the network to tweak values and provide feedback.

Choose a number

  • Pick a secret number between -300 and +300 and write it on your whiteboard.
  • Tell the secret number to the output neuron.
  • Handle all the information that comes into the network.
  • Control the software to present it to the class.
